Most orders ship the same day we receive them and since it is our policy to ensure each customer's satisfaction we will make every effort to process and ship your order ASAP. Your complete satisfaction is our #1 customer service goal.

USA Customers
We offer several levels of shipping services including standard ground shipping, 3-day, 2-day, Overnight, and freight shipping. Each of these shipping services is further explained below. Your order must ship to a physical street address within the 50 States. We will NOT ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
- Ground
Please allow 1-6 business days for delivery within the Continental USA and 3-10 business days for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii). This service is available to physical addresses for individual packages weighing 150 lbs or less. Most ground orders ship the same day we receive them however we ask that you allow one business day for handling. The transit time for ground shipping is not time guaranteed and tracking information will provide only an estimated delivery date. This shipping service is not available to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
- 3-Day
Please allow 3 business days for delivery within the Continental USA (lower 48 States). 3-Day service is NOT available to Alaska or Hawaii. This service is available to physical addresses for individual packages weighing 150 lbs or less. 3-Day orders received by 3:00 PM Eastern (12:00 PM Pacific) will be shipped the same business day they are received. 3-Day orders received after 3:00 PM Eastern will ship the following business day. The transit time for 3-Day shipping is time guaranteed. Please note: The first business day after shipment is the first shipping transit day. This shipping service is not available to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
- 2-Day
Please allow 2 business days for delivery within the USA including Alaska and Hawaii. - Overnight

- Freight
Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery within the Continental USA(lower 48 States). Freight service is NOT available to Alaska or Hawaii. This service is available to physical addresses for individual packages weighing more than 150 lbs. Freight orders will require 1-2 business days for handling. A freight order will ship via truck on a pallet. The customer must provide a daytime telephone number so the freight company can call to schedule the delivery. The customer MUST be home to sign for and receive the delivery. The customer MUST inspect the freight package contents for damage at the time of delivery. If the item is not in acceptable condition the customer must notify the freight driver of the shipping damage, refuse the shipment to the freight driver at the time of delivery and acquire shipping damage claim documentation from the freight driver. If the customer refuses a freight shipment that is not damaged beyond the outer packaging we will NOT refund any of the shipping charges. The freight company will unload the item from the truck, place it in the driveway or garage and the customer will be responsible for the item at that point. The customer should make arrangements for help moving the item about their property since the freight item will be considerably heavy. The transit time for freight shipping is not time guaranteed.
